-
Respondent - The

code and goes online from any internet
accessible computer and completes the
profile questions. You, as the

Security Statement
The Electronic Profile Information Center
(EPIC) family of web sites are located at:
www.inscape-epic.com &
http://admin.inscape-epic.com/lang/1/login.asp.
These sites are hosted on a Windows 2000
Server based computer that is routinely
updated with the latest Microsoft security
patches. A separate Windows 2000 Server
with SQL 2000 installed provides database
services. There is a dedicated secure
gigabit connection between these two
machines. Regularly scheduled tape back-ups
are performed for all data and a hot standby
server is available in the case of a major
hardware malfunction in either machine.
Security from the outside is provided by a
port filtering firewall and by auto updating
antivirus software. A limited number of
Inscape Publishing employees have access to
the machines and strict password policies
are enforced. The computers are physically
located in a secure, limited access
environment with 24-hour video
surveillance. The hosting facility also
provides redundant Internet connections and
emergency power generators.
