EPIC Credits are used to purchase access codes for all EPIC online profiles and Assessments. When you set up your account, you decide how many credits to purchase, then you're ready to go. So simple, easy and convenient to use.

Here's How it works
Once you set up your EPIC account, you'll have access to all of Inscape's online profiles. From your PC, you administer access codes that allow people to complete the assessments online. When the respondent answers the questions, the resulting report goes to the respondent or to you—you decide!

On October 4, 2004 a NEW Facilitator Report became available for the DiSC Classic 2.0, DiSC PPSS General Characteristics, and DiSC 1.0 on DiSC EPIC.  That's right - data from all three products can be combined into a single easy-to-use 18-Page Report!  This new tool answers a need for a single report that provides a composite of your group's DiSC Behavioral Styles.  Virtually unlimited number of respondents for the group, tested successfully for a group of 1,000. 

DiSC Group Culture Report

On May 25, 2005 a NEW DiSC Group Culture Report became available, similar to the DiSC Facilitator Report above, became available for the DiSC Classic 2.0, DiSC PPSS General Characteristics, and DiSC 1.0 on EPIC.  It is a low-cost, time-saving 13-Page Report that quickly gets you up to speed on your group and the group's culture.  It differs from the DiSC Facilitator Report in that it keeps individual respondents anonymous!  Virtually unlimited number of respondents for the group.  This Online DiSC Assessment report was tested successfully for a group of 1,000. 

DiSC PPSS General Characteristics Report 

On Feb 9, 2004 the most in-depth comprehensive DiSC 16-Page Report became available on the DiSC EPIC platform.  DiSC PPSS details the Classical Pattern uniqueness of an individual.  DiSC Classic is an Online DiSC Personality Test that gives you an overall view of behavior patterns and styles.  DiSC PPSS gives you depth in application, information, and action planning based on the report information.  This is a most exciting addition to DiSC EPIC. Relating to People and the Environment 

   The Relating to People and the Environment Report explains how the respondent interacts with peers and interprets his or her environment.  This report analyzes the respondent's communication methods using clear examples of the emotional content and tactical nuances that he or she may employ.  This 8-Page Report helps groups better understand each other during periods of stress and improves time-management skills.

Approach To Managing Others

   The Approach to Managing Others Report analyzes the respondent's management style and behavior toward subordinates. Leadership styles can vary greatly, so this report helps identify the tendencies and habits of someone with this style who is in a position of authority.

   This 6-Page Report helps managers understand how their management style interacts with each of the four DiSC styles and structure more effective coaching sessions.

Approach To Selling 

   The Approach to Selling Report describes how the respondent performs essential steps in the sales process. In addition to analyzing this person's behavior in these areas, this report lists what types of customers will usually react positively to his or her approach.

   This 7-Page Report helps sales people better understand the reaction of their customers to their sales approach and their hidden assumptions about their customers.

Strategies for Creating a Positive Relationship 

   The Strategies for Creating a Positive Relationship Report describes how to establish a relationship with the respondent that is based upon trust and mutual respect. It addresses how to create a positive environment in which the respondent can thrive with tips that address the subtleties of interactions, the diversity of communication styles, and common misunderstandings that arise.  This 7-Page Report helps teams function more smoothly and two people build a contract for a more healthy relationship.

   The Strategies for Managing Report looks at ways in which people can most effectively manage the respondent; the definition of "manager" is broad in this report, referring to anyone who needs to work with the person to get results.  This 6-Page Report helps managers build trust and uncover the hidden frustrations of employees.

Strategies For Sales Management 

   The Strategies for Sales Management Report examines the methods that people can best use to manage the respondent in a sales environment.
